As many of you are aware, Crofton Beam Engines is entering a truly exciting period. In order to continue to give enjoyment for generations to come major works are required both in conservation and additions to enhance your visit.
We would ask you to check the website before visiting Crofton and the Engineman’s Rest Café. For steaming weekends Crofton will be fully open but there may be a few restrictions on weekdays.
The Engineman’s Rest Cafe will remain open during this time – every day except Wednesday from 10.30am to 4.30pm. We will continue to serve our famous sausage rolls and pasties, along with our delicious cakes and coffee. There may be a slightly more limited menu during this time but we will continue to provide as many of your favourites as we can.
We look forward to welcoming you all back to the Engineman’s Rest Cafe to join us in our journey this year.
Best wishes from Luke, Sarah and the staff at the Engineman’s Rest Cafe
