Think Crofton Beam Engines, think Shakespeare? No? Well… think again!
This year for the first time we’ll be hosting our friends Handlebards Theatre for a production of The Tempest on Thursday 4 July!
A shipwreck washes the court of Milan up onto a mysterious desert island, inhabited by magicians, sprites and monsters, where nothing is as it seems… Join our all-female troupe for a riotous bicycle powered production, filled with magic, musicality and Shakespearean mayhem!
This show will be performed outdoors, so please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on, a picnic to dig into, and dress for the weather!
Gates open at 17:30 and performance starts at 18:30. There will be one interval with drinks and snacks on sale. Estimated finish time approx 20:30. Car parking available.
Earlybird adult tickets are £12, Standard tickets £14, and on the gate tickets are £16, subject to availability. Under 18s tickets – £8. You’ll find more detailed information and can buy online tickets here:
