Winter Works Open Day – Saturday 25th January 2025

We will be pleased to welcome visitors for an opportunity to look “behind the scenes” at our winter maintenance and to speak with our knowledgeable volunteers.
Free entry to the Beam Engines, suggested donations of £5 per head would welcome.
Visitors are also welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in the grounds overlooking the canal and railway.
Visitors can access the site via the main gate opposite the car park or through the lower canal entrance at lock 60 and up the steps. The pay and display car park will be open on Winter Works Open Days.
